Terms of service

1. Who provides the service

Your Stay Pages at yourstaypages.com provides self-service digital welcome books for property owners and managers, including short-term and long-term rentals. The contracting operator is Sole Trader. Contact: [email protected].

2. What the service includes

You create and maintain property information through your owner workspace. The service provides hosted guest books, selected guest languages, a permanent property link and a printable QR code. Available features and your property allowance are described in your selected plan. Guests can read published books without creating an account or installing an app.

The service does not include property management, guest messaging, concierge services or bespoke content preparation. It is not an emergency service.

3. Your account

Provide accurate account details, verify your email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access. Creating an account does not by itself activate a trial or paid property allowance.

4. Your content and guests

You retain your rights in the content you supply. You give the operator permission to store, format, translate and display it as needed to provide the service. You must have permission to use any photographs, logos, text and personal contact details you include.

Keep property instructions, contact details and local recommendations accurate. Do not include door or alarm access codes, guest identity documents, payment details, unlawful material or content that infringes another person’s rights. Guest books are shared resources; a link or QR code can be forwarded and is not an authentication barrier.

5. Drafts, translations and publication

You write the source content and select the languages available to guests. Automatic translation can contain errors. Review the preview, particularly safety instructions and emergency information, before publishing. Only ready, published language versions are offered to guests.

Saving a draft does not publish it. You explicitly publish changes; the previous published version remains available while you edit. Editing content or increasing a subscribed property allowance preserves the property’s link and QR destination.

6. Plans, trials and renewal

Plans support one to ten properties. More than ten properties requires a custom-pricing enquiry. Select monthly or annual billing. Before you agree to pay, checkout shows your selected allowance, total, currency, billing frequency, applicable tax and next charge date.

A seven-day free trial is available only on one- and two-property plans and requires payment details. The selected plan is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends. You may explicitly publish and share within the trial allowance. Plans for three or more properties require payment to activate and do not include this trial.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically on the displayed schedule unless future renewal is cancelled. Cancel future renewal through the subscription-management route shown in Billing; paid access continues through the paid period. If a renewal payment fails, a seven-day grace period applies.

Payment details are handled through secure checkout, separately from the property editor. Available payment methods and provider terms are shown before payment.

7. Increasing your property allowance

After subscribing, you may increase your allowance up to ten properties. Before confirmation, show the provider-calculated amount due now and the new recurring total, retaining the existing renewal date and billing frequency. Additional slots activate only after provider confirmation. An upgrade does not start another free trial.

8. Cancellation, refunds and retention

Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not promise a refund for a completed payment. Applicable statutory cancellation and refund rights are unaffected. Contact [email protected] with any billing or refund question.

9. Service interruptions and misuse

Access may be interrupted by maintenance or third-party failures. Do not rely on a guest book as your only way to communicate essential safety information. We may restrict use that compromises security or violates these terms, subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.

10. Responsibilities and applicable law

These terms do not exclude or limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Contact [email protected] to raise a concern or discuss a dispute.

11. Changes and contact

Material service or terms changes will be communicated with appropriate notice before taking effect. Contact [email protected] with account, billing or content concerns. Read the Privacy Policy for information about personal data.
