Arrival & check-in
Use the map to reach the Kata Beach area. Your host will send the entrance location before arrival. From Phuket Airport, arrange a taxi or airport transfer to Kata. Park in the space marked Palm Haven Villa and keep the neighbouring driveway clear.
Check-in is from 3 pm. The key safe is beside the entrance door; enter code 2468, take the keys and close the safe. Your welcome basket is in the kitchen. Please let Maya know when you have arrived, and ask if you need help settling in.
Check-out
Check out by 11 am. Switch off the air conditioning and lights, check cupboards and sockets for belongings, and leave used towels in the bathroom. Bag household waste and return the keys to the key safe. Close all windows and lock the door. Thank you for staying with us!
